Awaken Your Potential Through Yoga

Hi, I’m Horst

My yoga journey began in 2010 when I decided to get in shape using the P90X home exercise program. Among the workouts was a 90-minute power yoga session. I was immediately hooked, and soon after discovered the power of community and spontaneity in live classes. Over time, yoga became more than just a physical practice—it transformed my perspective on life, teaching me resilience, mindfulness, and the power of connection.

I’ve had the privilege of training under exceptional teachers, including Jennifer Prugh and Noell Clark at Breathe Together Yoga, where I completed my 200-hour teacher training. Influences from renowned teachers like Rusty Wells, Janet Stone, and Bryan Kest have shaped my dynamic and meditative teaching style.

I view yoga as a dance—setting poetry to motion and creating a moving meditation that integrates body, mind, and spirit. My classes emphasize strength, alignment, and mindfulness, empowering students to deepen their practice and connect with their true selves.

yoga for everyone

Yoga has the power to heal, transform, and bring people together. My mission is to share this gift with everyone, including those who might not otherwise have access to it.

With my teaching, I aspire to:

  • Empower my students to thrive in body, mind, and spirit

  • Bring yoga to underserved communities, making it accessible to those who need it most

  • Introduce men to yoga, helping them discover the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga

By building bridges through yoga, we can create a more compassionate and connected world.
